Giuliana Gibelli hat ihre große Leidenschaft für alle Formen der Kunst stets durch Kurse in Maltechniken und Bildhauerei gepflegt. Sie besuchte die Holden-Schule für kreatives Schreiben in Turin und schrieb sich bei Professor Angelo Schwarz in einen jährlichen Kurs für Fotografie und Fotojournalismus an der Akademie der Schönen Künste in Turin ein. Giuliana besuchte Kurse bei großen Fotografen wie Enzo Dal Verme, Fabio Costì, Silvia Camporesi und Giovanni Gastel.

Sie eröffnete ein Fotostudio in Lugano und liebt es, Menschen zu porträtieren, sie in Szene zu setzen, indem sie nach Objekten, Kulissen, Kleidung und Drehorten sucht. Jedes Projekt steht für eine Geschichte oder eine bestimmte Verfassung. Ihre Fotos sind sehr malerisch, vor allem was die Suche nach Licht betrifft. Giulianas fotografischen Themen decken die Bereiche Mode, Architektur, Tanz, Porträt und Lebensmittel ab.

Sie hatte verschiedene Einzel- und Gruppenausstellungen in der Schweiz, Italien und Deutschland, und ihre Fotos wurden in internationalen Publikationen veröffentlicht (z.B. in PHOTO). Seit 8 Jahren arbeitet Giuliana mit dem OtherMovie Lugano Film Festival zusammen, mit Fotoausstellungen zum Thema des jeweiligen Jahres. Giuliana hat für ihre Arbeiten zahlreiche Preise bekommen, bei PHOTOSUISSE, aber auch ausserhalb der Schweiz, wie z.B. 2021 den Honorable Mention Monovision Photography Award in London und ihre Arbeiten gehörten 2017 zu den 10 besten Porträts, die von MyNikon vergeben wurden.

Giuliana Gibelli a toujours cultivée sa grande passion pour toutes les formes d'art en suivant des cours de techniques de peinture et de sculpture. Elle a suivi l'école d'écriture créative Holden à Turin et s'est inscrite chez le professeur Angelo Schwarz au cours annuel de photographie et de photojournalisme de l'Académie des Beaux-Arts de Turin. Elle a ouvert un studio photographique à Lugano et adore faire des portraits de personnes en créant un scénario et en cherchant des objets, des décors, des vêtements et des lieux. Chaque projet représente une histoire ou un état d'esprit. Ses photographies sont très picturales, notamment dans la recherche de la lumière. Giuliana réalise des travaux photographiques dans les domaines de la mode, de l'architecture, de la danse, du portrait et de la nourriture.

Elle a participé à des expositions photographiques individuelles et collectives en Suisse, en Italie et en Allemagne, et ses photos ont été publiées dans diverses publications internationales (p. ex. dans PHOTO). Depuis 8 ans elle collabore avec OtherMovie Lugano Film Festival avec des expositions photographiques en rapport avec le thème de chaque édition. Giuliana a reçu de nombreux prix pour son travail, chez PHOTOSUISSE, mais aussi en dehors de la Suisse, comme par exemple le Honorable Mention Monovision Photography Award à Londres en 2021 et ses travaux figuraient parmi les 10 meilleurs portraits décernés par MyNikon en 2017.

Giuliana Gibelli has always cultivated her great passion for all forms of art by taking courses in painting and sculpture. She attended the Holden creative writing school in Turin and enrolled in the annual course in Photography and Photojournalism at the Academy of Fine Arts in Turin with Professor Angelo Schwarz. Giuliana attended courses with famous photographers, such as Enzo Dal Verme , Fabio Costì , Silvia Camporesi and Giovanni Gastel.

She opened a photographic studio in Lugano and loves portraying people by creating the script and by looking for objects, backdrops, clothes and locations. Each project represents a story or a mind state. Her photographs are very painterly, especially in the search for light. Her photographic work covers the fields of fashion, architecture, dance, portraiture and food.

Giuliana has held solo and group photography exhibitions in Switzerland, Italy and Germany and her photographs have been published in numerous international publications (e.g. in PHOTO). For 8 years, she is collaborating with OtherMovie Lugano Film Festival with photographic exhibitions relating to the theme of each edition. Giuliana has received numerous awards for her work, at PHOTOSUISSE, but also outside Switzerland, such as the Honorable Mention Monovision Photography Award in London in 2021 and her work was among the 10 best portraits awarded by MyNikon in 2017.

| Apre uno studio fotografico a Lugano. Ama ritrarre le persone creando la sceneggiatura cercando oggetti, fondali, abiti e location. Ogni progetto rappresenta una storia o uno stato d'animo. Le sue fotografie sono molto pittoriche soprattutto nelle ricerca della luce. Realizza lavori fotografici nel campo della moda , dell’architettura , della danza , ritrattistica e food. |
| Ha tenuto mostre di fotografia personali e collettive in Svizzera, in Italia e in Germania. Sue fotografie sono state pubblicate su testate internazionali (per esempio sul giornale PHOTO). Collabora da 8 anni con OtherMovie Lugano Film Festival con mostre fotografiche attinenti al tema di ogni edizione. PHOTOSUISSE Wettbewerb
|
Mit dem Jurierungswochenende, welches am 10. und 11. September in Zofingen stattfand, ist der PHOTOSUISSE Wettbewerb 2022 abgeschlossen. Insgesamt haben 21 Klubs und 12 Einzelmitglieder teilgenommen und 1428 Bilder/Portfolios wurden juriert. Aus allen diesen Einsendungen wurden 465 Beiträge angenommen, die auch im Fotobuch abgedruckt werden. Der diesjährige Gesamtsieger ist Phil Davson vom Photoclub Lugano mit insgesamt neun prämierten Arbeiten. Er hat auch einen Stern in unserer Langzeitwertung erreicht. Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an die Juroren Barbara Huwiler (CH), Peter Steinheisser (DE), Franz Hammer (AT) und Tassos Kitzakis (CH), der kurzfristig für eine erkrankte Jurorin eingesprungen ist. Ebenfalls ein grosses Danke an unsere Beobachterin Erica Seitz, Fototreff Grenzfall und ehemaliges PHOTOSUISSE-Vorstandsmitglied und natürlich all den Helferinnen und Helfer, ohne deren Engagement der Wettbewerb nicht hätte stattfinden können.

Die Preisverleihung des Wettbewerbs wird wieder anlässlich der photomünsingen sein, die voraussichtlich vom 18. bis 21. Mai 2023 stattfinden wird. Alle Preisträger werden rechtzeitig eine Einladung mit weiteren Details erhalten.

Die Zusammenstellung des Fotobuches mit den angenommenen, prämierten und Besten Bilder ist der Druckerei übergeben und ist in der Vorbereitung, so dass alle PHOTOSUISSE-Mitglieder ein Exemplar unter dem Weihnachtsbaum haben werden.

|

Concours PHOTOSUISSE
|
Avec le week-end de jury, qui s'est déroulé les 10 et 11 septembre à Zofingen, le concours PHOTOSUISSE 2022 s'est terminé. Au total, 21 clubs et 12 membres individuels ont participé et 1428 photos/portfolios ont été jugés. Parmi tous ces envois, 465 contributions ont été acceptées et seront également imprimées dans le livre de photos. Le grand vainqueur de cette année est Phil Davson du Photoclub Lugano, avec un total de neuf travaux primés. Il a également obtenu une étoile dans notre classement à long terme. Nous remercions chaleureusement les membres du jury Barbara Huwiler (CH), Peter Steinheisser (DE), Franz Hammer (AT) et Tassos Kitzakis (CH), qui a remplacé en dernière minute une jurée malade. Un grand merci également à notre observatrice Erica Seitz, Fototreff Grenzfall et ancien membre du comité de PHOTOSUISSE, et bien sûr à tous les bénévoles sans l'engagement desquels le concours n'aurait pas pu avoir lieu.

La remise des prix du concours aura à nouveau lieu à l'occasion de photomünsingen, qui se déroulera probablement du 18 au 21 mai 2023. Tous les lauréats recevront en temps voulu une invitation avec plus de détails.

La composition du livre de photos avec les photos acceptées, primées et les meilleures est remise à l'imprimerie et est en préparation, de sorte que tous les membres de PHOTOSUISSE auront un exemplaire sous le sapin de Noël.

PHOTOSUISSE Competition
|
The PHOTOSUISSE 2022 competition has come to an end with the judging weekend, which took place on 10 and 11 September in Zofingen. A total of 21 clubs and 12 individual members participated and 1428 pictures/portfolios were juried. From all these entries, 465 were accepted and will also be printed in the photo book. This year's overall winner is Phil Davson from Photoclub Lugano with a total of nine awarded entries. He also achieved one star in our long-term ranking. The award ceremony of the competition will again be on the occasion of Photomünsingen, which is expected to take place from 18 to 21 May 2023. All prize winners will receive an invitation with further details in due time.

| Il concorso PHOTOSUISSE 2022 si è concluso con il weekend di giudizio, che si è svolto il 10 e 11 settembre a Zofingen. Hanno partecipato in totale 21 club e 12 soci individuali e sono stati presentati in giuria 1428 fotografie/portfolio. Di tutti questi lavori, 465 sono stati accettati e saranno stampati nel libro fotografico. Il vincitore assoluto di quest'anno è Phil Davson (Photoclub Lugano) con un totale di nove opere vincenti.
